• Service Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be issued for services that have not yet commenced or been delivered. Services that have already started or been completed are not eligible for a refund.
• Non-Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must contact us within 14 days of service delivery to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address the issues and, if deemed appropriate, offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Custom Work: Services that involve custom work, such as website design or custom ecommerce website design, are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We will, however, strive to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
• Completed Services: Once a service is completed and delivered, it is non-refundable.
